Privacy Policy Information

Broler Bosch Service Zbigniew Broler (hereinafter “BS Broler” or “We” or “Us”) welcomes your visit to our websites and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “online offers”).

The protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data and the security of all business data are important to us and we take this into account in our business processes. We process your personal data when you view our online offers confidentially and always in accordance with statutory regulations.

This is the main Data Administrator of the Broler Service Brand.

The person responsible for supervising data processing at BS Broler is the company’s attorney for personal data.   1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

  1. The following categories of data are processed:

  • Contact data (e.g. name, telephone, e-mail, residential address, IP address).

  • Contract reference data (contractual relationship, product or contractual interest)

  • Customer history

  • Variable data

  1. Rules

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e., for example, names, home addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, contract data, accounting and billing data, which are an expression of the identification of a person.

We collect, process and use personal data (including IP addresses) only if there is a legal basis for doing so or you have given us consent to do so, e.g. as part of your registration.

  1. Processing purposes and legal basis

We and the service providers engaged by us process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide this online offer and to perform the contract in accordance with our terms and conditions, including billing (legal basis: performance of the contract).

  • To respond to your inquiries within the contact forms (legal basis: performance of the contract or legitimate interest in connection with the improvement of products/services).


  • Auto advertising and third-party advertising and market research and coverage measurement to the extent permitted by law or based on the granting of consent (legal basis: consent/ legitimate interest on our part in direct marketing, as long as it is done in accordance with the guidelines of data protection and competition laws).


  • Conducting contests or discount actions in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of the contests or discount actions (legal basis: performance of a contract).


  • Sending newsletters with the consent of the recipient by email or SMS/MMS (legal basis: granting of consent)


  • Preservation and defense of our rights (legal basis: legitimate interest on our part in asserting and defending our rights).

  1. Registration

If you would like to use services that require a contract, please register in our customer service system. As part of registration we collect personal data on a voluntary basis (e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, possibly information regarding the type of payment requested or the account holder) and possibly other data needed to establish and performance of the contract. Mandatory data are marked with *.

  1. Log files

With any use of the Internet, certain information is automatically transmitted by your Internet browser and collected by us in so-called log files.

The log files are saved by us for a short period of time to determine the nature and source of attacks and for security analysis of attempted attacks, and then deleted. Log files that are required to be retained further for evidentiary purposes are not deleted until the incident is finally clarified and may, on a case-by-case basis, be turned over to investigative authorities.

The log files are (without address or without full IP address) also used for analysis purposes; regarding this, see section Web Analytics.

In particular, the following information is stored in the log files:

  • IP address (Internet Protocol address) of the end device from which the online offer is accessed;

  • The address of the website from which the online offer is displayed (known as the origin or referer URL);

  • The name of the service provider through which the online offering is accessed;

  • The name of the downloaded files or information;

  • Date and time and duration of the download;

  • Amount of data transferred;

  • The operating system and information regarding the web browser used

  • Internet browser, including installed plug-ins (e.g., for Flash Player);

  • The http status code (e.g., “query successful” or “requested file not found”).

This online offering is not directed to children under the age of 16.

  1. Data transfer

Your personal data is transferred by us to other responsible parties only if it is required for the performance of a contract, we or the third party has a legitimate interest in transferring the data, or there is your consent to do so. In addition, data may be transferred to other responsible parties insofar as we would be obliged to do so on the basis of statutory provisions or an enforceable official or court order.

We outsource tasks such as marketing services, payment processing, programming, data hosting, for example, to third-party service providers. We have carefully selected these providers and regularly monitor them, in particular whether they handle the data stored with them properly and whether it is secured. 1. General information

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you view an online offer. 1. Necessary cookies

Specific cookies are needed so that we can make our online offerings securely available. This category includes, for example

2. Analytics cookies

We use analytics cookies to record habits of Usage (e.g., advertising banners clicked, pages visited, search queries posed) of our users and analyze them in statistical form.

We need statistical information about the use of our online offerings in order to make them more user-friendly, to measure reach and to conduct market research. To do this, we use the web analytics tools described in this section.
The usage profiles created with these tools by means of analytical cookies or by analyzing log files are not combined with personal data. The tools do not use users’ IP addresses at all or truncate them immediately after data collection.
Tool providers process data only as processors in accordance with our instructions and not for their own purposes.

1. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc.,1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA94043, USA (“Google”). We use Google Analytics with the additional IP address anonymization feature offered by Google. In doing so, the IP address is abbreviated by Google as a rule in the EU and in exceptional cases only in the USA, and in any case only stored in an abbreviated form.

2. Google Search Console (GSC).

We use Google Search Console (GSC) to monitor the positioning of our website in Google search results. GSC does not collect personal information, only information about site traffic, which is used to improve user experience and optimize the site.

7. We use retargeting tools

We use so-called retargeting technologies to optimize our online marketing. In this way, our online offers should become more interesting for you and tailored to your needs. For this purpose, we use the tools listed below.The usage profiles created with these tools using advertising cookies or cookies ofthird-party advertising, web beacons (invisible graphics, also known as tracking pixels or pixels) or comparable technologies, usage profiles are not linked to personal data.The tools are used by vendors to display interest-based advertising to our users of our online and third-party offeringsand to control the frequency users see certain ads.   1. YouTube

We use the YouTube video platform, which is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA94066, USA (“YouTube”). YouTube is a platform for playing audio and video files.

When you view the corresponding page of our offering, the integrated YouTube Player establishes a connection to YouTube so that the video or audio file can be uploaded and played. In doing so, data is also transmitted to YouTube as the responsible party. We are not responsible for the processing of this data by YouTube.

9. Newsletter

1. Newsletter with registration ; right of cancellation

As part of our online offering, you can subscribe to a newsletter. For this, we use the so-called double opt-in method, according to which we will only send you the newsletter via email, SMS or Push message, after you have first explicitly confirmed the activation of the newsletter service by clicking on the link in the notification. If you later decide to cancel from receiving the newsletter, you can terminate your subscription at any time, by revoking your consent. Cancellation in the case of e-mail newsletters is done by sending an unsubscribe message to broler@bosch-service.pl

10. External links

Our online offer may contain links to the websites of third parties-unrelated suppliers to us. Once you have clicked on the link, we no longer have any influence on the collection, processing and use of any personal data (such as the IP address or URL of the linked site) sent to the third party with the click on the link, as the conduct of the third party is obviously not under our control. We are not responsible for the processing of personal data by third parties.

Our employees and the service companies engaged by us are obliged to maintain discretion and to comply with the provisions of the applicable data protection laws. We take all technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee an adequate level of protection and to safeguard your data managed by us especially against the risk of unintentional or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, modification or disclosure or unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

In order to assert your rights, please use the information provided in the Contact section. When doing so, please ensure that it is possible for us to identify you uniquely.

Right to information: You have the right to receive information from us about the processing of your data. For this purpose, you may assert your right to information with respect to your personal data that we process.

Right to rectification and deletion of data: You may request that we correct inaccurate data and, provided the legal requirements are met, supplement or delete your data. This does not apply to data that is necessary for billing and accounting purposes or are subject to statutory retention. If access to this data is not necessary, then processing is restricted (see below). Restriction of processing: You may request – provided the statutory requirements are met – that we restrict the processing of your data.

Objection to data processing: In addition, you have the right to object to our processing of your data at any time. We will then stop the processing of your data unless we can demonstrate – in accordance with statutory guidelines – sufficient reasons for further processing that outweigh your rights.

Objection to direct marketing: In addition, you may object to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time (“objection to advertising”). Please bear in mind that for organizational reasons there may be an overlap between the revocation of your consent and the use of your data for a campaign that is ongoing.

We will then suspend the processing of your data unless we can demonstrate – in accordance with statutory guidelines – sufficient worthy reasons for further processing that outweigh your rights.

Revocation of consent: If you have given us your consent to process your data, you can revoke it at any time for the future. The legality of the processing of your data until you revoke your consent remains unaffected by this.
